Reflection on my topic

       Over the past few weeks of blogging about this topic, I have been able to educate myself and ask many questions about what the real problem is in between the lines. And seeing all the problems unfold when you dig deeper into your topic is astounding. It surprises me how information is hidden from our daily news unless you really look in all the right places. I am satisfied with being able to discover our nations hidden secrets with just a little bit of help from my teachers in the past. If I wouldn't have taken my night class about Issues of Sustainability, I would have never gained the sense of knowledge that I have already. This class sprouted my interest in our environmental problems, and now I have educated myself enough to share what information I have gathered. When looking at all these issues, I realize that there is no perfect solution. If you cut down on one material, people suffer in some part of the world. If you get rid of filthy factory farms, millions of people lose their job and our meat production decreases and our economy plummets even more. But at the same time our earths hourglass is losing sand by the minute. And our planet wont last forever. Which is extremely depressing . If everyone on the planet had the same amount of knowledge that I have absorbed, there would be more awareness and more drive to pursue fixing this situation. It will effect everyone, it's just a matter of everyone being aware of what is REALLY going on with our planet. I'm hoping that my reflection and blogs are inspiring and motivating to people who are just as shocked and disgusted as I am about this. So far I am more driven to spread awareness and facts to random people on the Internet. I am still looking forward to finding new secrets and shocking facts to share with everyone, because having at least one person wanting to get the information out there is something that can actually help out society.
